Terms of Service

Last updated October 18, 2026

These terms explain what you can expect from Paramedic Command Center and what we expect from you when you use it.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Paramedic Command Center (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Educational use only

The Service is a study and record-keeping tool for paramedic students and programs. Practice exams, drug references, dose calculators, 12-lead content, and protocol summaries are provided for education and exam preparation.

It is not medical advice and must not be used to make patient care decisions. Always follow your medical director, your agency's current protocols, and the official drug references in use where you practice. Content may contain errors or become out of date.

Scores on practice exams don't predict or guarantee results on the NREMT or any other certification exam. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NREMT, CoAEMSP, or any state EMS office.

3. Your account

  • You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Tell your program administrator right away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Your program can block or delete accounts, for example when a student leaves the program or these terms are broken.

4. Clinical records you log

Shift hours, skill counts, and preceptor details you enter must be truthful and match what actually happened. A preceptor signature should only be added by that preceptor. Once a shift is signed it is locked and can't be edited.

Your program may review your clinical log. The Service keeps a copy of your entries, but it is not an official transcript; keep any records your program or state requires.

Don't enter patient names or any other information that identifies a patient.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, publish, sell, or share the question banks or other content outside your own studying.
  • Try to access other students' data, admin areas, or parts of the Service you aren't given access to.
  • Interfere with the Service, probe it for weaknesses, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
  • Upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.

6. Content and ownership

The Service and its content (questions, explanations, references, and software) belong to Paramedic Command Center or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own education while your account is active. The information you enter (your profile and clinical log) stays yours.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error free. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Paramedic Command Center is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision made using the Service's content, including exam outcomes and patient care. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

9. Questions

If you have questions about these terms, contact your program administrator.
